ISO FASTRACK PROGRAM:
|
This is a proven, structured approach to Implementing ISO or TS 16949.
We treat ISO Implementation as a formal project with milestone charts
and action items. It entails training, documentation, implementation
and auditing
to assure “ISO Readiness”. Organizations having as few as fifty and as
many as twenty-two thousand employees have embraced it. To receive
a detailed, three-page outline of this implementation plan, please

7-STEP ISO ROADMAP:
|
This is the MODEL that we overlay on our ISO FASTRACK PROGRAM: It has
been derived from more than ten years of ISO Implementation experience.
Its roots are based on group dynamics, that is, working with small groups
of people to reach organizational goals, improving the Quality System and
achieving ISO certification. It starts with Management Commitment. There
are no surprises in our approach. Without strong, clear, unwavering Management
Commitment to the ISO Project, no amount of consulting can “muscle” ISO
into place. To receive a fourteen-page Power Point presentation about our
